No more will managers need to sift through essays on Knowledge, Skills and Abilities — at least early in the application process. And from start to finish, filling a job should be much quicker. So how do agencies do all of this while protecting the civil service? The Merit Systems Protection Board will have a role in making that happen, and joining us to explain is MSPB policy and evaluation office director John Crum.
