Six different energy-related bills were up for discussion on Capitol Hill yesterday. They ranged from a bill that would improve energy efficiency and the use of renewable energy by federal agencies to another that would provide rebates to people who use solar energy. But are any of these bills likely to pass? Jodi Schneider, congressional expert and Senior Editor in the Washington Bureau of the American Banker, handicaps that race for us.
