Five years after Hurricane Katrina devastated the Gulf Coast, federal agencies continue to look back to find lessons learned, and ensure that any future disasters are handled as swiftly and efficiently as possible. Investigative reporter Mark Segraves was in New Orleans just after the levees broke. He tells the Federal Drive he remembers how the federal government was criticized for its response, but individual federal employees were heros.
