Law students at Howard University are getting the chance to learn something different this semester thanks to the Department of Labor. The agency’s Employee Benefits Security Administration is teaching classes on retirement and health, and the law that governs employer-sponsored arrangements to provide retirement and health benefits to employees. Phyllis Borzi is the assistant secretary of labor for the Employee Benefits Security Administration. She joins us with more details on the program.
