The White House has proposed common security requirements to help your agency with cloud computing.
They’re part of GSA’s Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program, or FedRAMP. And they’re designed to be used as a security template for agencies and contractors.
GSA says FedRAMP will reduce redundant processes across government by providing security authorizations and continuous monitoring of cloud systems. Comments on the proposal are due by December 3.
