NASA masters the science of social media

It\'s not rocket science, but when it comes to social media, NASA is in its own stratosphere.

Social media savvy isn’t just the domain of the private sector. Turns out, NASA, the Army, The State Department and White House are getting some high praise for online strategy, too. This is the very first Digital IQ Index® Ranking, a list of the government, non profit and industry trade groups that are using social media and online strategies to their greatest advantage. Joining us to explain the list and how the agencies were ranked is Doug Guthrie, the Dean of the George Washington University School of Business, who co-authored the index.
