Raytheon continues to expand its cybersecurity portfolio. The company has acquired Trusted Computer Solutions. TCS is a privately held company in Herndon, Virginia, that specializes in cybersecurity software and services. The company will be known as Raytheon Trusted Computer Solutions and will be integrated into Raytheon’s Intelligence and Information Systems business. This is Raytheon’s seventh cybersecurity transaction in three years. Terms of the deal weren’t disclosed.
