Hundreds of people from government and industry are gathering today for the Government Contract Management Conference in Arlington, Virginia. They are there to network and learn from each other about the latest in contracting, procurement and acquisition. The annual conference wraps up tomorrow and is hosted by the National Contract Management Association. Tom Temin has a rundown of what’s happening today.
