Hackers sell access to military websites

The hacker intelligence initiative has unearthed evidence that dozens of sites are up for sale, including defense and federal sites.

A hacker who says he’s broken into government Web sites is now selling access to those sites. The security firm Imperva says you can buy supposed access to military, educational and government sites around the globe. That even includes the US Army’s Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM).

Prices range from a little more than $50 to about $500. You can also buy personal information. Security researchers in various reports say the hacks appear to be legit, but we still have no official confirmation from anyone who owns the sites.
