Military Advantage, which runs Military.com, is working to spread the word about hiring veterans. Dr. Vince Patton, director of community outreach, tells Tom Temin at today’s Human Capital Management for Defense Conference it’s important to work with employers in both the public and private sector to highlight the skills vets can bring to the table for jobs outside the military.
