The federal government countdown to shutdown continues toward midnight tonight. Yesterday’s intense negotiations failed to result in any agreement to fund the government for the rest of fiscal 2011. But there has been some optimism coming out of these meetings. Joining us with the latest on President Obama’s efforts to negotiate with Republican and Democratic leaders, is CNN’s Bob Costantini.
