The 11th hour budget deal left all of us on the edge of our seats. A six-day CR is now in effect and lawmakers say they have a deal to fund the government for the rest of the fiscal year, but it still needs to get through both houses of Congress. We spoke with Democratic Congressman Gerry Connolly from Virginia, before the deal was struck. He tells us about the issues worrying his federal employee and government contracting constituents, and gives his take what comes next.
