The George H.W. Bush Carrier Strike Group, including America\'s newest aircraft carrier, deploys today.

It’s ships ahoy for the USS George H. W. Bush. America’s newest aircraft carrier will deploy on its maiden combat mission today. It’s part of a carrier and strike group with nearly 6,000 sailors. They leave Norfolk, Virginia this morning for a six-month deployment to the Mediterranean Sea and Persian Gulf.
