The Defense Department is requiring contractors to report, within three days, any cyber breach that threatens trade secrets or government data. Civilian agencies are looking at a similar rule. Former federal cyber officials Kiersten Todt and Roger Cressey, now with Liberty Group Ventures, joined Emily Kopp on the Federal Drive to discuss the new rule.
