If you're planning to travel on official business in 2016, better listen up. Then you may want to look at the just-released City Pair Program rates. The General Services Administration program offers firm fixed-price airfare rates for the federal government’s official travel at deep discounts compared to commercial fares. Tim Burke is the director of travel and transportation services in GSA's Federal Acquisition Service. He joined the Federal Drive with Tom Temin to discuss plans for the coming fiscal year, and what new markets made it into this year's crop.
