Many people traveling abroad and returning to the United States will attest to the value of the Global Entry Trusted Traveler Program. The program has reached its 10th year and Customs and Border Protection continues to tinker with and upgrade the system. Biometric identification systems have been central to cutting re-entry from hours to minutes. John Wagner, CBP deputy executive assistant commissioner for the office of field operations, joined Federal Drive with Tom Temin to talk about the latest developments in the program.
