Federal News Network wants to learn more about the impact the military operations in Iran are having on the Defense Department workforce.

With the military operations in Iran underway, the Defense Department is facing a whole new set of challenges and stresses on its workforce.

Over the last year, the Pentagon has been navigating a number of significant internal changes, including organizational restructuring and reductions to its civilian workforce.

Federal News Network is conducting a “pulse check” to better understand how recent military operations in the Middle East are affecting DoD and its employees — including impacts on mission, operational tempo, resources and morale. All answers will be kept anonymous. The results will be used for an upcoming story.
