The Management of Change conference is coming to the City of Brotherly Love next week. Three people involved with putting the conference together were on my show today to offer some insight into what the conference is about, why it matters, and what you’ll learn and do there.
The conference is being put on again this year by the American Council for Technology. The group’s President, Prashant Gaur, Director of Enterprise Integration at the Defense Business Transformation Agency, told me about the group’s commitment to Management of Change, and offered some background about the event and the support ACT provides. The event’s co-chairs, Gary Galloway, Deputy Director of the Office of Information Assurance at the State Department, and Mary Souther, Vice President of Business Development for the Federal Civilian, Homeland Security, and Citizen Services Units at INDUS, fleshed out the agenda and talked about the goals of the conference, and what you’ll bring back to your agency from the event.
