Preserving digital information is not an easy task. But the National Archives is working to change that. It’s helped to update a system that allows for different types of digital files to be archived. Dr. Kenneth Thibodeau, director of the Center for Advanced Systems and Technology at NARA, tells us how the PRONOM system works.
