You’ve seen it on the beltway. Big signs that call out, See Something, Say Something. That’s the Homeland Security department asking the public to tell authorities when people see something that looks not right. Now the General Services Administration has joined the S-4 campaign. Larry Melton, the Assistant Commissioner in the Office of Facilities Management & Services Programs, explained.
