Despite prodding from several members of Congress, Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke told the House Banking Committee today only that he believes now is a good time to consider additional economic stimulus. But Bernanke wouldn’t say what he believes “good” stimulus to be, saying only that Congress should define it for themselves.
