Hackers access files on Senate.gov

The Senate Sergeant at Arms says the intruders did not gain access into the Senate computer network.

Hackers broke into the Senate.gov website last weekend, RT.com reports.

The attackers gained access to files placed on the server.

But the Senate Sergeant at Arms says the intruders did notgain access into the Senate computer network.

The hackers were only able to read and determine the directory structure of the files placed on Senate.gov.
