Agencies make more mistakes with improper payements in fiscal 2014 than the year before. They misspend $10 billion more this year. Wendy Morton-Huddleston, principal at Grant Thornton, is looking at inspector general reports from 24 agencies. She tells Federal News Radio’s Emily Kopp where agencies are going wrong.
