Stopgap bill keeps agencies funded for now

Politico\'s Rich Cohen gives details about the stopgap spending bill passed by Congress.

The government is still up-and-running thanks to a new two week stopgap spending bill. The legislation will allow the government to continue operations while the White House and Congress duke it out over the budget.
