The budget battle is creating question marks for many federal managers.

Feds are facing a pay freeze, possible furloughs and government shutdown. It’s also spurring moral problems in agencies.

The Federal Managers Association is looking for answers at its annual legislative meeting, ending tomorrow. Federal News Radio Senior Correspondent Mike Causey was at the conference in Arlington, Va.

He says federal managers are tired of fighting against all the fed bashing.
