At this year’s Management of Change Conference, organizers tried something different. They decided to include people from state and local governments, too. The idea is that collaboration at every level of government is critical – especially as initiatives like cybersecurity take hold. There’s just no way the federal government is able to do it all, alone. The state, county, and federal governments have to better work together, along with the private sector. Darrell Black, Chief Information Officer for DeKalb County, Georgia tells Federal News Radio’s Amy Morris the idea is to share ideas.
