Due to congressional delays in passing the budget, agencies and contractors are facing a compressed procurement cycle unlike any previous fiscal year.
Gormley outlines some of the key procurement tools available to agencies in meeting their needs over the final three months of the fiscal year.
He will also talk candidly about the government’s current approach to strategic sourcing, and use of GSA schedules.
