How critical is the Senior Executive Service to the federal government? Is there a problem with it? And, whether you’re part of the SES or not, would you join now if given the chance?

Pressure to change the SES is coming from multiple corners. Congress is demanding more accountability for things gone wrong. The White House, too, has proposed reforms.

Federal News Radio wants to put the political rhetoric in perspective by asking federal employees what you think about the SES.
