When catastrophic events happen, like the earthquake in Haiti last year, we tend to talk a lot about how many people were injured or killed. Sometimes the stories about what it really takes to get a country back on its feet get lost in the shuffle. The Law Library of Congress has started a project to help Haiti get access to many of its legal documents that were lost. Roberta Shaffer and Mark Strattner are both with the Law Library of Congress. They join us to talk about the effort and why they got involved.
