Telework needs work

How flexible is your work life, and how does that relate to your agency’s emergency plan? A new study indicates that federal telework initiatives are losing some momentum. And that could affect the government’s ability to operate and offer services during a crisis. Booz Allen Hamilton and The Partnership for Public Service teamed up to dig deeper into how the government is approaching flexible work options. Their report is called, “On-Demand Government: Deploying Flexibilities to Ensure Service Continuity.” Joining us with the findings and recommendations is Booz Allen Hamilton Senior Vice President Abe Zwany.
