Boeing to offer cybersecurity to Japan

Touching on the Japan\'s need to improve preparedness to deal with cyber attacks, Boeing says that the ministry is placing more emphasis on cyber security.

It isn’t just the U.S. working toward cybersecurity preparedness. Japan is concerned about cyber attacks, too. Now, Boeing says it is ready to offer its services to Japan’s Defense Ministry. The Mainichi News in Tokyo reports that Boeing Japan President Mike Denton has offered cyber security services to Japan after Boeing acquired two U.S. cybersecurity companies. No contracts have been signed yet, but Denton tells the paper that he is hopeful they’ll be able to reach a deal.
