Big changes loom on the horizon for feds. Besides the proposed pay freeze, the new incoming Chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Rep. Darrell Issa (R-Calif.) has proposed his own deficit reduction ideas.

They include closing some agencies as an alternative to across-the-board cuts.
