Analysis: More training for DoD acquisition officers?

Dr. Jacque Gansler gives his assessment of the DoD recommendations on acquisition reform.

Dr. Jacques Gansler, former under secretary of defense for acquisition, technology and logistics, joined the Federal Drive with his assessment of DoD acquisition.

Gansler currently with the school of public policy at the University of Maryland.
