A snapshot of The Best Places to Work in the Federal Government report, being released by the Partnership for Public Service. Researchers looked at satisfaction among men and women in 10 categories including pay and leadership. John Palguta, the Vice President for Policy at the Partnership for Public Service, tells us about a persistent perception gap between men and women.
