Lockheed has a new cybersecurity offering for electric companies that are helping to develop the Smart Grid.

Lockheed Martin is expanding its cybersecurity services to the utility industry.

The company announced in a press release that it has a new cybersecurity offering for electric companies that are helping to develop the Smart Grid. They call it “Palisade” and say it is tailored to the challenges associated with operating the electric grid.

It is designed to provide early detection of problems and includes forensic tools to defend and maintain the network.
