Half a decade of reports and recommendations on the F-35 program has led to one conclusion: It’s still not out of the woods. The fifth annual progress report from the Government Accountability Office has some bad news that looks all too familiar to some people. Mike Sullivan, director of Acquisition and Sourcing Management Issues at GAO, testified about the F-35 program at a hearing of the House Armed Services Subcommittee on Tactical Air and Land Forces today.
