You’ve probably heard: if you want that new job or promotion, think twice about posting drunk photos of yourself online. Employers increasingly search social media for those types of warning signs before they make personnel decisions. But there is a line they cannot cross. The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission recently held a hearing on the legal implications of social media in the workplace.
