People rely more and more on technology, especially when traveling. TSA has developed a more active program to assist the demands.
As millions of people are airborne during this final week of the holiday season, they may seek information of one sort or another from their phones and tablets. The Transportation Security Administration’s AskTSA program is a good example of a federal agency meeting citizen demand. Mallory Barg Bulman, vice president of research and evaluation at the Partnership for Public Service, joined Federal Drive with Tom Temin to talk more about the program.
