A new direction for the SES & SEA

Bill Valdez, president of the Senior Executives Association, joins host Mike Causey to discuss how things are going for the SEA and the Senior Executive Service.

This week on “Your Turn”, Bill Valdez, president of the Senior Executives Association (SEA), gives us an update on how things are going for the SEA and the Senior Executive Service (SES).

The SEA is in the midst of an organizational transition, having announced a new strategic direction earlier this year, expanded opportunities for GS 12-15 feds to participate in SEA activities and network with SEA members, and new programs and initiatives including new Communities of Change and a recently completed government-wide State of Career Senior Leadership Survey.

You can hear the show today at 10 a.m. on WFED 1500 AM in the D.C. area or anywhere at federalnewsradio.com.  If you have questions, email them to Mike at: mcausey@federalnewsradio.com before the show, or call while we are on-air at (202) 465-3080.
