Federal employees’ overall satisfaction with their jobs fell for the fourth year in a row. That’s according to the annual Best Places to Work in the Federal Government rankings from the Partnership for Public Service and Deloitte. The Partnership noted a big problem for the government is that private sector job satisfaction is up. Sean Morris is director of Federal Human Capital Practice at Deloitte.
