Hiring time cut at some agencies

WFED\'s Jason Miller describes efforts at some agencies to cut hiring time.

Several large agencies have reduced the time it takes to hire a new employee by months.

From HUD to DoD to Energy, agencies are reporting at least the beginning of a culture shift in the processes that govern federal human resources.
