Several large agencies have reduced the time it takes to hire a new employee by months.

From HUD to DoD to Energy, agencies are reporting at least the beginning of a culture shift in the processes that govern federal human resources.

Federal News Radio’s Jason Miller joined the DorobekINSIDER with details about the HR changes.
