February 8, 2013 — This week on “Fed Access”, Fred Schulte, investigative reporter for the Center for Public Integrity, joins host Derrick Dortch, to discuss the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives’ inspection procedure for policing the nation’s 65-thousand gun dealers.
Schulte has written an article, highlighting the struggles the ATF is having in shutting down firearms dealers who are not complying with the law.
He will also discuss internet ammunication sales, and whether there are proposals to regulate them.
