The World Health Organization has raised its pandemic threat awareness level to 5 out of 6 because of the swine flu. Officials have confirmed at least 93 cases in the United States, most of those in New York. And in Maryland, there are now 6 probable cases of swine flu. Dr. Betsy McCaughey is the chairwoman and founder of the Committee to Reduce Infection Deaths and former lieutenant Governor of New York. She joins us to discuss what the Department of Health and Human Services and local agencies can do to address swine flu.
