The Office of Management and Budget has launched a new portal for cybersecurity reporting. But a new study shows that fewer than 2-in-10 federal IT security leaders have used it, even though they’re facing a November 15 deadline to begin using it. The portal is called CyberScope. It’s designed to streamline the FISMA compliance process and reduce cost. The study was released by MeriTalk. Joining us to discuss the findings is Ed White, director of business development for McAfee. His company helped to pay for the study.
