A government shutdown appears to be averted… for now. The House yesterday passed a two-week spending measure that will keep the government operating through March 18. The Senate is expected to pass the measure and President Obama says he will sign it. So, what comes next? And will the two-week extension be enough time for Congress to work out a spending bill for the rest of the fiscal year? Erik Wasson, staff writer for The Hill, gives us his insight.
