Recently the White House established what it calls the Digital Service Group. Its job is to help federal agencies with troubled, public facing technology projects. Now, the Veterans Affairs Department has established its own Digital Service Group. Marina Martin, chief technology officer at VA, joined Tom Temin on the Federal Drive to explain how the new group will work.
