Things keep changing at the Defense Department, both big and small. Industry has sat up and taken notice of a proposal from Rep. Mac Thornberry (R-Texas), the chairman of the House Armed Services committee, to eliminate the Defense Information Systems Agency and move it into the Cyber Command.
