Friday we aired a story detailing a plan to eliminate seven Defense agencies, all part of the so-called fourth estate. It’s the brainchild of Rep. Mac Thornberry (R-Texas), chairman of the House Armed Services Committee. It would affect some 200,000 civilian employees. But it would also affect quite a few contractors too.
