You may not have seen him on the rostrum at the big conferences, and he isn’t the man running the endless meetings to plan events or craft policy recommendations. But Ken Allen has been behind the scenes for nearly 14 years as executive director of the American Council for Technology and Industry Advisory Council. Now he’s about to step down, and he joined Federal Drive with Tom Temin in studio.
