Report highlights federal recruiting best practices

The Partnership for Public Service\'s Tim McManus explained the findings of a report on best practices for federal hiring.

Federal recruiting is a daunting task even under the best circumstances. With lengthy hiring processes, poor candidate quality and key players who don’t cooperate, federal hiring can be a down right nightmare.

But the Partnership for Public Service says there are some agencies that are doing a great job. The Partnership complied models of hiring into their new report: America Has Talent: Breaking the Mold for Federal Recruiting.

Tim McManus, vice president of Education and Outreach at the Partnership for Public Service, told the DorobekINSIDER that the report helps human resource officers zero in on best practices.
